  • I requested a quote online about 3 1/2 weeks go from this dealership since am currently looking to buy a new car. I received a response back right away from the internet manager Allen Moore, I emailed him my pay stubs and approved Affidavit since I am currently in a Chapter 13. He replied right away asked me to applied for credit check and got a response back about 3 days later and we set up an appointment for a test drive. Immediately after that I received a call from Lisa Coffman another sales manager who stated that worked hand by hand with Alen and asked me to come in. I went in on Monday, When arrived at the dealership I received 1st class world customer service, everything was good, my Finance representative Landon Day was outstanding got me in and out and , drove my car home and I thought that was the end of the story. On Thursday of that same week Finance Manager Jody called me and let me know that I needed to stop by the dealer because there was some additional documents I needed to signed. I advise her that I would stop by on Monday right before work, she said it was fine and she would have everything ready for me to sign. Arrived at the Finance office of 215 desert superstore at 9 am with an hour to spare from the time of my starting shift. The man that assisted me was rude, but I asked him to please show me the docs that I needed to signed and that were I found out that I had been asked to come by because I needed to surrender the car until the new Affidavit was received. He stated was supposed to EMAIL me the Terms of the contract so that I could get the affidavit approved. He assures me that I would be getting within a few moments. It's been a week and no paper has been received. Not only did he not send it, I was also late to work 2.5 hrs because of their delayed and failure to let me know that I was going to be surrounding the car. Myself and my Chapter 13 paralegal have made several attempts to get them to send us that document and no response from this dealership. I have made a total of 15 calls throughout the week to find out if they want my business and get my down payment check, that was supposed to be deposited on Monday the 29th. I finally was able to get in touch with Alen yesterday and he stated he was busy with a client and promised me to call me back within 30-45 minutes; it's been a day since than an no returned call. This has quickly escalated to my worst nightmare. No return call and no one would let me know where I can go pick up my down payment check.
