  • DON'T LIVE HERE I put up with their crap for four years and things never changed or got any better. If anything breaks in your apartment, and I promise you it will, good luck getting it fixed! Make sure that you get proof that a work order has been put in because they love to lie about putting them in the system. If you have any problems with your apartment at all nobody will even pretend to care. Have problems with you neighbors leaving trash outside of their place? Don't even bother complaining to management, just throw it away yourself because they won't do anything about it. Have to move before your lease ends due to circumstances that are out of your control? You will still have to pay utilities for the months that you are not living there. Don't let the looks or leasing agents view fool you! It's not worth the flat rate utilities.
