Meh. That's going to be the tone for the rest of this review if you're curious.
Ok so I've waited for 2 years to try this place, mainly due to the wait time. Most of the time I'm in Vegas I bring my entire village with me and that can be difficult getting a table unless reservations are allowed. So for a while I passed by this buffet thinking what could've been.
Well, I finally got a chance to check this place out and I was disappointed to say the least. The selection is ok, not great but not terrible. I do see lots of shellfish which I'm sure is a great selling point, because hey, they aren't cheap! The oysters looked ok, not glistening like I would've liked. I passed on it. Everything else I tried was so under-seasoned that I actually had to use the salt shaker (for the first time since eating at Vegas buffets y'all!), and quite heavily at that! I wasn't feeling well (because: Vegas!) so I grabbed a bowl of congee and excitedly slurped it down. What I tasted was blandness. So yes, I added lots of salt but it's just not comparable to a well flavored bowl of congee you know? Same goes for a few other dishes. I don't remember what else I tried as they were all so lackluster. Now, if you asked what I had a W*cked Sp00n I'll be able to type out a list real fast!
Oh well, at least I can now check this place off my list instead of continuing to wonder about it next time I pass by. And next time I will just pass by...
