  • I moved in about two years ago, and this place has done nothing but continue to impress me. The staff and customer service is amazing, the maintenance team is kind and prompt to address issues, the property is always looking great and well maintained. Location is very good with plenty of shopping, entertainment and over 2 dozen restaurant's within walking distance. Very close to I-10 and 101. I definitely recommend Oceana to anyone looking for an apartment.
