| - 24 Hour Fitness has stepped up big time in my opinion. With the popularity in Olympic lifting and CrossFit rising, I'm really glad they added the big rack that they did that has areas for squatting, dips, bent over rows, pull-ups, and other crazy things you can do. What's the best part in my opinion, is that they have really nice new bars and bumper plates, which means you can just drop the bar instead of worrying about having to set it down and such. It makes for a much safer, and dinner time at the gym. They still have all the basic stuff now like benches, dumbbells, etc., but this alone is a big step forward. Great move 24
