  • Where do I start...I hate giving bad reviews but had a horrible experience. I didn't even get to stay here because they canceled my reservation!!! I booked multiple rooms for a Bachelorette nearly 8 months in advance!! A month before, I got an auto generated email saying my reservation was canceled with no reason stated. The annoying part is this email came from a catch all email, looked kinda spammy and easily could have been missed. At first wasn't sure it was legit. No call or anything. I immediately call and no one was able to tell me what was going on. A few days pass and I finally get an email from the manager offering to move my reso to the SLS. Ugh. They couldn't even honor the same type of rooms I wanted. The team was unapologetic and did accommodate at all. Huge inconvenience considering we had 13 people's schedules revolving around this trip. Never booking at the W again.
