  • So apparently the apartment complex was bought out by Marquis at Arrowheard in June 2016, obviously no notices were sent out to tenants. I found out after I came back from my 5 day vacation when I saw the new name driving in from work the next morning. No formal emails have been sent out by new management so I hope for the new tenants that just moved in and any people that are thinking of moving here. Your new management team treats you better. Oh and let me start off by saying there is NOTHING luxury about these apartments. They are ALL old and moldy. Nothing upgradeable about them for the price you pay. Just look elsewhere. I warned you.
