  • I had a good experience with Diane when I went in. I went in with a living social deal for an IPL facial and ended up buying more IPL facials. I went in for my appointment today and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed. No phone call to tell me not to come in, and I am most likely out the money I paid for a service I never received. That is some poor customer service right there. You owe me the money for my unused facial and the gas I used to drive over there. I rearranged my whole schedule to be there for my appointment for nothing. Thanks Physicians Laser Centers, is this for real??? Wow Brittany
