I think your company has terrible customer service. I was at Route 91, last time I tanned was September 29th, hhhmm wonder why. Paid for October, paid for November and half of December and NEVER ONCE TANNED. I might add been a customer over two years. My family cancelled my credit card because it was stolen. Went in tonight because I finally had the courage to get our in public and they want me to pay for January and December. I add I am NOT under contract. I was told I owed over $75.00 for what? I wasn't under contract and I paid for 2.5 months and NEVER went. She didn't even care I was at Route 91 and yes I can prove it. Terrible customer service.
