  • We were with them for about 5 years total, and full of regrets. We were stuck in July with almost 3 weeks without air conditioning. It got up to 116 and they didn't offer to help put us up or rent a temporary air conditioner. So watch out for that. We also had the washer flood, destroying thousands of dollars in furniture and accessories in our first few weeks of renting with them. It took two years for them to fix some handing ceiling dry wall under the patio. We would continue to remind them of things, and, every time, they would play dumb like they didn't know. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else. Afterall, we were renting in a very nice home with over 1,350 a month in rent. The pool was green half of the first and second summer we were there, after many follow up calls. Lastly, they tried to lie about payment one time, and we ended up getting a lawyer to provide proof. It was crazy. BEWARE! They are slimy, lack communication, and don't fix things. 3 weeks in AZ in July without air conditioning is totally unethical.
