Extremely Disappointed. Our company has purchased over 30 laptops/desktops from Microcenter over the past 3 years. Also Accessories, Speakers, etc. Stupidly we purchase the warranties as well.
We had a PC that had to be serviced under the warranty. Brought the PC in and were told it would be several days before they could look at it. The warranty says that if purchased you receive expedited service. 5 days in my opinion is not expedited. The customer service rep said their workload was to much (they didn't tell me that when they sold me the warranty).
Then i get a call that it would be $80 to back up the PC. Please remember the warranty also says no hidden fees. This is the definition of a hidden fee!
Being a long time customer, I think they burned our relationship into dust.
I wont be back ever again
