  • While visiting Scottsdalea few years agos, helped my parents purchase a new Honda Accord. Sales person was extremely rude and impatient - my parents are in their 70s - cut them some slack !!! Ended up buying in Mesa. Back again searching for a Civic for my parents and, checking out prices, had the same experience. Ended up buying in Mesa. These arrogant guys strut around like they are Silicon Valley power execs! Had a question about Service - walked up to a group of 3 employees and smiled at them - 1 sales guy and 2 service guys - they looked at me and then ignored me. I stood there for a few seconds before turning to walk away - THEN I got their attention. Overall, Sales and Service seem to have MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEMS. In this current economic climate, I would think they might try a little harder.
