  • My experience at this office was great, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist in the Central Phoenix/Downtown area. I was worried that my cavity was loose because it felt uncomfortable, and I called the office and was immediately scheduled for an appointment the following day, which was great considering I am a student who cannot afford toothaches to distract me from my studies. Dr. O'Grady was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He solved the problem with my cavity, and I am currently discomfort-free (thank you!!!). Not only did he solve the mystery of my uncomfortable cavity without having to re-fill it, but also he squeezed me in for a same-day teeth cleaning. The hygienist was busy with another patient so he cleaned my teeth himself! I look forward to seeing Dr. O'Grady again soon.
