  • Unorganized, VERY rude employee. When we arrived he was NOWHERE to be found not sign or anything. When he finally came he told us it was a policy that we had to arrive 15 mins prior (we did 25 mins) & that we had to be booked before 7PM to do it that same day. Okay cool, mad a little being that we drove from the outskirts of Concord, NC so almost a 1 hour drive to be told about a "policy" that's no where to be found on the page! On top of that we was making smart remarks about us being upset that we drove far to partake in this activity & that we aren't able to for the day. We asked for the owner he said he was on vacation I asked him if it was possible to call him or ask him if there could be an exception being that we took a long journey & nowhere did it say that we wouldn't be able to play if we weren't there by 7. It's really messed up having to drive this far but what actually made me the most angry is this mans smart comments and him being rude to us following us out the door & laughing at us & pointing while being on his cell phone. I took pictures, the man in the picture is him. Will never return, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I still would love to speak with the owner myself.
