The only reason they are getting one star is because the staff at the front desk was nice. I felt a cold shoulder from the doctor that I saw and the communication was strained. But I'm extremely unhappy now because they deceitfully did not tell me about a $59 contact fitting fee that they direct bill you if you don't buy your contacts from them. They claim they sent me multiple bills but I only received one that said extremely past due followed by collection letter. I've been wearing contacts for A very long time and this is the first time that I have been billed a $59 fitting fee!! As a matter fact I put the contacts in myself!!! It was a trial pair that you wear to make sure they fit before you order them. When I checked out on the second visit, no one at all told me there was an additional fee. I asked them if all was good and they said yes. I feel that this is a tactic that is dishonest. They should tell you that they are going to not bill your insurance company and charge you directly if you don't buy from them. It's like they punish you for not buying from them. Not only will I never return to this company I will make sure everyone I know understands this tricky little deceitful policy. Wow.
