Okay - I have lived in Las Vegas for seven weeks now. This is the closest store to my home. I hate it. The customer service is non-existent. Trying to find an employee to help find something is a cat and mouse game. The frozen pizza vendor was the most help I could find.
The CHECKOUT LINES!!!! OMG!! Open another freakin' register!!! Half of the registers are dark. And when they do decide to open one - they don't take the next person in line, they take the person at the END of the line....WHAT???? The person in front of me had been waiting the longest. Disgust is what I saw on her face.
These problems are not a "once in a while" thing. I go into the store once or twice a week and it is always the same.
SUGGESTION TO THE MANAGEMENT.....Send someone to the King Soopers on Green Mountain in Colorado to get a lesson in customer service and management. NOW!!!
The only reason I give it one star - besides the fact that I have to - is cashier Dan S. No matter what, that guy is fast, efficient courteous and always has a smile on his face. EVERYONE in this store could learn a bit from this guy! I now search for him to checkout so I don't have to deal with any of the other employees. I have found my one and only favorite employee at this store.
Shopping has now become a chore again. I need to find another supermarket. :(
