  • I used to really like this Sears. However, their Customer Service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I spoke with both their "Supervisor" and manager about my experience and both were extremely rude and unprofessional. The Supervisor was on her cell phone while I was waiting at the register. I now understand why Sears is not doing that great. I guess some places still don't understand that the customer experience is important!!! Can't say I will go back and spend any more money at this store or another Sears for that matter. I'd give 0 stars if I could!
