This place was extra refreshing even given the construction going on that leads you down a path that involves following signs ducking scaffolding equipment and rubbing elbows with strangers just to make your journey to your beloved cup of coffee. I had never been to this location for the simple fact that its not by my house like the east blvd location is and if I wanted to come here I would have to park in a parking deck. Which I get it, it makes sense if you aren't already walking the streets of and/or work uptown this location is hard to justify. However for anyone that can make it into this location please make the extra step or parking spot to be able to come into this particular starbucks as the staff is something far and beyond what I have experienced in any location other than my old home store.
Everyone was so friendly! upon entering I was greeted immedietly my order taken and when I ordered with my member card and still owed 72 cents when I went to use my debit card one staff member popped out from behind the other with a gift card and said WAIT! We have a gift card to use so that you don't have to use your debit card for that. Which yes was great, unexpected and completely appreciated but it was the over all energy of this location with its staff that really wowed me and made me wish I could transplant them to my east blvd store. They all were joking having fun and had such a positive energy that I not only wanted in my home starbucks but at all my other local spots as well.
Kudos Starbucks at Levine Ave of The Arts. I will definitely be back!
