  • I wish i was able to give negative stars but yelp doesn't allow. This place is horrible i just moved in the beginning of July and i have had numerous problems. #1- apartment smelled liked animals and piss #2-theres a hole in the ceiling in the entry way #3- water damage around the shower head #4- they tired to replace a piece of the wall in master bathroom before i moved in and they didn't even complete the job. I can push the wall in with my finger. #5 they painted half of the walls instead of the entire wall. #6 the landscape is garbage. People dump their cat liter outside their door instead of in the trash. #7 just found that my smoke alarm doesn't even work and looks like it hasn't worked in a year. I cant imagine what more problems are to come living here in this shit. Office staff and manager amber were all useless. I called Craig the regional manager and left a voicemail and he never called me back. They wouldn't give me the owners info so cant contact him. After arguing with the office for days my work order finally got taken care of. 4 days after placing the work order. My carpets just got cleaned after a week of telling them how bad its smells and when asked if pervious residents had animals or if they cleaned the carpets prior to me moving in, manager amber had "no clue". I recommend the apartments to know one. You're better off shower at your gym and changing in your car. On top of all that they lost my lease twice and info i gave them. They are not organized and do not deserve to be open. The most unorganized and uneducated group of people. Get a staff who is going to be available and do what best for the residents living in your community.
