  • Customer service has gone downhill. I've seen plenty of new faces mixed in with regulars. I don't get that warm, fuzzy customer service feeling from before. In my last review I gave them four stars. This time I'm only giving them three because the drive thru wait has gotten ridiculous. I've waited close to ten minutes to get my drink with one car ahead of me. I received zero acknowledgment for the wait. They've comped my drink before for this same reason. I just wrote this updated version here while I wait. That's not good. I come here often so it's not like it's happened once or twice. Growing disappointed with this location.
