  • Today I took my wife's truck to get my Big o a/t tires rotated and ballanced. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Not sure his name (he had tattoos on his arms). He told me that it was going to be 1 hour wait. I said no problem. I was planning on going next door to IHOP with my wife and nephew. Then a gentleman came out of the office and said it was going to be two hours.. it's going to be a long long wait he said. With all that being said. My wife did not like his attitude. I took my keys and went down the road to discount tires. (Even though i have free ballance on my big o tires) It just so happens that my tires are no good. And I am waiting for a new set of tires to be installed on my wife's truck. (1200.00 set of BF GOODRICH ko2) . It's sad that one persons actions can lose my buisness. I have no problem spending money on a service. This big o lost my buisness today.
