-2. This company false advertises and lies to you over the phone. This company caused me much inconvenience since signing up. I was scheduled to have my service started the end of February. Not turned on and modem never delivered... Called and they "completed a new order to have it delivered and turned on the 1st of the month, still nothing come the 1st. Called and found out the agent never submitted my order. I was offered a visa gift card that comes automatically anyway with the order. Was told to go purchase a modem at BestBuy and call an IT manager to turn on my service. Went to best by who stopped selling the model I was told to pick up ages ago... Got home with one they suggested at BestBuy and called the IT manager who offered me a discount of $10 a month and a $50 bill credit and said he'd call me back about turning on my service. Never heard back... After calling multiple times finally got service three days later. When I got my first bill there was a modem lease, shipping fee and no discount on my monthly charge associated. After spending more time on the phone and talking to many people I finally got the charges for products and services not received removed however waiting on my gift card and was told I am never getting a $50 bill credit. Waste of time. Experienced incompetent employees with little product knowledge and false promises on recovery's for inconvenience caused. But got okay internet service 9 days after waiting with no access. -Unsatisfied full time student and worker with no internet at home for over a week.
