I came to Desert Star as a new patient. My appointment was at 1 o'clock; at 2 o'clock I was still in the waiting room. I did not get notified by the doctor nor the receptionist about the delay. I worked as a receptionist at a doctor's office for 5 years and hopefully in a few months will be a dentist. I understand emergencies and delays happen, but the patent should be informed. When I finally came up to the receptionist who did not crack a smile once - she said we will take you back as soon as Doctor is done with the patient. It is quite evident that they do not value or care about their patients. I left their office and did not even receive an apology.
