rev:text	I"ve have written several reviews with nothing but positive feedback. But In this encounter with this company I cannot. My wife received a " cold call " from this company about six weeks ago. At this particular time we had just had a rock hit my windshield on my convertible. They attempted to get our business which I totally understand BUT here is where I believe they weren't UPFRONT with the IMPORTANT Details .... My wife informed them we did business with another glass company that did great work and also gave a INSTANT 100 Bill after the job was done at our home. This SALESMAN Who I"m sure works on COMMISSION told my wife that their promotion was much better .... It was NOT !!!! First of all we never received NOTHING for over one month so my wife called up and was given a address on the web so she went and checked it out .... There were all these FEE"S to sign up for hotels and food discounts .... NO THANK YOU .... PASS !!! These Little Details Were NEVER disclosed to my wife. So I called and called and called ... Over SIX Times and the manager who I can't remember his name kept making EXCUSES that his employees never gave him the messages etc etc etc ... Also when you TRY calling this number listed and you are given another number to call ... After all the time and aggravation and lack of details of their so called " DEAL " I believe he could have made it "RIGHT " by honoring the SAME Deal that we received from our other company ... He just offered me more coupons with FEE"S or Finally a 100 dollars off my NEXT Windshield .... NO THANK YOU !!! I as should you TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!!!
