  • They deserve 0 stars, the entire company from the bottom of the latter up is full of liars! They tell you one thing, then when they call you to go over the contract it does not match up with anything the rep or tech had discussed with you. I had called Direct TV after purchasing their services through Thrive and Direct TV didn't even know who or what 'THRIVE' was. Nor could they locate them in their system. Ashley is supposedly the owner, I was originally told she is the bad-attitude receptionist (agree 100%). Anyway, the professionalism is non-existant with ANYONE in this 'company'
