  • Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to the Dump! They are only there to take your money and provide the worst product available to you and the service is just as bad. In a nut shell went in purchased a couch, was delivered for 70 dollars, the couch had no tags on it at all, had 2 huge white spots like someone had tried to clean it, when you sat on it the cushions cracked like it had been sitting in the sun and it dried up the foam, then the pillow cushions on the back of the couch were all crumpled. So of course they delivered on a Sunday and since they are only opened on Friday, Saturday and Sunday I had to wait 5 days before I could get anyone to help me. From there the procedure is to call some outside company to come in to take pictures and assess the situation, then wait another 2 weeks before the DUMP would give me answer if it was bad enough in" their opinion" to do something about it. I asked to get my money back and they said no and to go back on the weekend (after I had been waiting a month) to pick out something else. Of course at this point who would want something else from them? I went back did not find anything I liked asked for my money back and they said they did not do that. I the called corporate office had to deal with some not so nice person that said she was in charge, they called to say they would pick up the couch and GUESS WHAT? they would take 132.00 dollars out for restocking fees, delivery and tax. HELLO? tax on something I never received? restocking and delivery for a damaged couch? Luckily my bank is fighting the visa charge and i am hoping to get my well deserved money back from this horrible company DBA the DUMP. What a perfect name for this place, I could not have said it any better!
