  • Chanel did my makeup for my wedding. I cannot tell you how happy I was with her amazing work. My review will be on the longer side but that is because Chanel is amazing and deserves it. 1) Chanel's Makeup Skills: From the beginning, Chanel was incredibly helpful with trying to determine what I should do with my makeup. Chanel has done my makeup in the past, and one of the things that I love the most about her technique is that she makes you look like yourself, but way better. She is so talented and multi-faceted that not every person has the same makeup on their face. Some makeup artists will slap some bronzer and dark shadow on your lid and call it a day, NOT CHANEL! Everyone looks like the better version of themselves. I gave her a pretty rough overview of what I was looking for (I'm really not great at makeup) and she made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever. Chanel also did my bridesmaids' makeup, and wow. They were the most beautiful bridal party I had ever seen. They each loved their makeup as well. I wanted my bridesmaids to have a semi uniform look (same lipstick, same eyes, etc) and she made them look AMAZING. 2) Chanel's Professionalism: Chanel kept the perfect amount of contact with me about my trial (I did mine for my bridal shower and it worked out perfectly) and also for the wedding day. She never stressed me out, in fact she was incredibly helpful. She was also on time each time, which is so important when you are getting ready for an event (especially wedding stuff!). Chanel's personality is also incredibly golden, and she helped calm me down while I was getting my makeup done. She is the sweetest. 3) Chanel's other amazing qualities Not only did Chanel get the makeup situation figured out for my wedding, she also did my spray tan and some of my bridesmaids' spray tans at my house! It was so easy and convenient and she did an amazing job! On top of that, we needed some additional help with hair that day because we had some extra people who wanted to get their hair done (of course) and Chanel helped us set that up as well. Chanel is really a one-stop shop in helping a bride feel absolutely glamorous on her special day(s) and I would recommend her to anyone over and over again!
