  • "If you can get approved at a real dealership, go there" -Andrew Moore from A&D Automotive. If you have bought a car from Rightway then you know who he is. Yes, Rightway can get you in a car the same day, especially Robert. But once you leave the lot you're on your own. I got a hit on my credit for an overdue payment because Rightway took almost two months to pay off the Kia they bought from me. Then I go to get my plates and I still have no title from Rightway. I called and called and Travis swears he sent it to my house weeks ago so I'll just have to go buy one myself. Robert calls the next day to tell me that they have my title and will mail it out that day. Mind you this is after I had to run around to get things taken care of myself because the temporary tag expired the next day. My new Jeep from Rightway never got detailed, it had stains in the seat and nail polish on the doors. Travis promised to get it done so I take the Jeep back to them. When it's returned to me it is lathered in armoral but the stains and nail polish are still there. Travis says "I found a new detail place, give me a week to get everything set up and I'll have it done correctly" I never heard from him, which I have found to be very common on his part. Fast forward to 8 months later, my windshield wipers stopped working. So I take it to A&D and they "fix" the problem. 4 days and a headache later I got get my car and before I even leave it still doesn't work and they charge me for parts that the warranty company covers. On top of all of that they try to tell me that the TIPM module is the problem. THREE WEEKS LATER (and still no windshield wipers) when Andrew comes back from vacation I am told that this part isn't covered under warranty. Mind you this part is what controls the entire electrical system in my car and it'll cost around $600. Again I called Rightway and Travis is going to see what he can do. 5 days later when I don't hear from him, I call only to be told it's not going to be covered, sorry about your luck. We can take the part out of a car on our lot and see if it works and I'll call to let you know. A week later I take my Jeep to Chrysler. I am told that it's the part that A&D replaced. They put in a used part and did it wrong, therefore it's still not working. I'm not sure what the issue is with Rightway and their associates but this place is bad all the way around. Like Andrew said if you can get a car through a REAL dealership that respects and helps their customers, please do that instead. This place is a MESS!
