  • Does starbucks need a review? This one sure does for worst service ever. I mean who would have thought you will have a bad experience here because you are in and out most times. I went this morning and order a tall caramel machiatto, there weren't many people in line so i am thinking eh 5 minutes tops and i will be out. Two people behind me levae with their grande drinks and all ahead of me leave too and i am standing there waiting. The barista is still making coffee for mobile orders and i start counting because at this point I am losing it. She made 7 coffees and I am still waiting. I had to ask her when am i gonna get mine, she says we have to make mobile orders first and I said even if there 10 of them ahead of me and she said YES. I mean oh my god, are they using tbeir brains or not! I was literally shaking my head and boy am never going there again and you should not too unless you ordered via mobile.
