  • I've been coming here since I was 15 and in the past I've left a very good review but now I'm so disappointed In the way they have treated my mom. Last time I took my mom we were rushed and luann was my favorite but she disappointed me she rushed with my mom the design she did was not good at all. I asked her to fix my moms nail since it got a little messed up and he said "she needs to be careful" didn't even offer to fix it and let us leave like that with a messed up nail. I gave her a second chance today my mom went in and she called me to let me know she will never come back again she was seen by luann again. She asked for a Xmas design and honestly looks horrible she said luann was In a hurry to see another client so she rushed with her. Her nails are not cute at all. I will never have my mom come back nor I would come back. I'm really sad because I do love this place but mistreating my mom is not ok with me.
