  • Worst customer service ever!! They sold me a bad corked bottle of wine. Dom the manager was no help. The line was long and he wasn't helping his employees and he wouldn't even help me and kept avoiding me. I decanted the wine for 3 hours and it was still straight vinegar. It was disgusting and embarrassing to bring to a dinner party. I hope they return the rest of the wines to the distributor so that no one else has to go through that. I'm going to Top shelf wine and spirits or total wine instead they always stand behind their products and quality control. Everything was very dusty in the store. You can tell that the manager doesn't care about the details of his store and whether or not everything is properly stored or received/shipped at proper temperature.
