  • Totally BOTCHED an online order- called to contact to have it rectified, 3 separate times only to be told by a machine that the in restaurant customers are more important than me! I don't appreciate driving in rush hour, paying for "extras" that are non existent, and then having zero opportunity to speak to someone to correct it. I will not visit this or any other smashburger again.
