  • It is important to note I never brought my dog to doggie daycare here. I visited on two occasions without my dog to get a feel for the place--the first one was at ~10:30am and I was told I could not take a tour because the dogs had gone into their crates for lunch. I was under the impression that this was a time period between 11-2--which is pretty long in my opinion anyways. The second time I was allowed to view the back area which I have to say was very nicely kept, they have turf, plenty of water, and shade. However, this time we visited at ~4:30pm and the dogs were in the crates again. I was not impressed with the "crates" either. Not how I want my dog to spend a large majority of his day...Make sure you are okay with your dog being put up in a crate for 3+ hours while you pay for "all day play" before taking them here. I understand dogs need rest...at Camp Bow Wow in Peoria the dogs get 1.5 hours at lunch in nice decent sized and airy kennels. This seems much more reasonable to me. Also, no webcams for viewing your dog while he/she is at their facility.
