  • We came here as a party of 13 for Thanksgiving, we come to Fogo quite often. We love the gourmet salad bar and the experience of a Brazilian steakhouse. It's super fun to try all the different meats and not get full on just one. Service was spotty on Thanksgiving, they were very busy, I get that but we could barely get water and ice tea refills. At one point, my husband walked over to the bussing station and grabbed the water pitchers and ice tea pitchers and filled our drinks. (This was after waiting a good 15 mins with no one coming back) And it was difficult to get meat! It seemed as if they didn't want to come over to our big party! A manager did come towards the end and ask us what we wanted and he was able to get the guys to bring the pork ribs and ribeye. Towards the end a server named Eric came and started taking care of our table and he WAS AWESOME! I was thankful he took over . On a day other than a holiday, service is great , the food and experience are awesome and the managers are attentive as well. The holiday was just too busy for them.
