  • Pretty bad, I must say. It takes a lot for me to give a negative review but WOW. Room had a good amount of water in the carpet along the window - it was the first thing I stepped into when I took my shoes off and went to check out the view! It only got worse...was here for a conference and the meeting rooms had no AC the first day, the food was average at best. We moved to another area of the conference center the next day, but that area was absolutely freezing and we were all very uncomfortable. Next night the AC went out in the whole hotel!! People were waking up with 78 degree rooms, it really was crazy. On the second day here, the housekeeping staff started a fire on the 2nd floor, and we had to evacuate in the middle of our conference! My key didn't work in the parking lot (you need to use your room key to get in/out) and even after I got a new key and explained the issue it still didn't work! I had to call each time to be let in/out. Needless to say, won't be returning. It's a bummer because the hotel itself is renovated and creates a relaxing environment. This property has some work to do if they want to offer guests a satisfactory experience.
