  • I've been here several times over the past 3.5 years since moving to AZ. I have never had a bad experience. ERs are ALWAYS a waiting game, no matter where you go. At least Mercy Gilbert keeps you in the loop on for what and/or whom you are waiting. Surgeries here are like checking in to a hotel. Start to finish the VERY BEST care I have ever received from every single department. This cannot be a coincidence. It has to be a culture fostered by each department and expectations set with clear direction on the type of care each guest/patient should receive. Going to a hospital STINKS....but if I am in a position to make a choice, my choice will ALWAYS be Mercy Gilbert.
