  • I came in to have my oil changed and my brake pads changed. I came in the day before after work to see if they can change my brake pads. I wish I got the guy's name who checked my brakes (really nice). But anyhow, he checked front and back. He said that the back needs to be changed but the front still has enough. They showed me a detailed quote. They called in the parts and didn't deliver them until later. They close at 7pm. Totally understandable. I got my oil changed and discussed with Isaac that we will come back tomorrow morning to have the brake pads changed. Next morning got the pads changed. No issues. Good price. Isaac and his staff are very helpful. They have great customer service, informational, and not pushy. It's hard to find friendly, honest and great service. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Jiffy Lube.
