  • My wonderful 15 year old spa died last December and I shopped all over the place to find a replacement. I was VERY happy with the service. I went to the showroom three times to make sure the Dimension One Meridian was the spa for me. Melinda helped me measure the jets on different spas so I could find the one that fit me very particular needs exactly. I've had the spa now for almost a year and use it almost every day. I'm happy with the quality of the spa and the features are excellent. The research, purchase, delivery, setup and electrical work was all performed with the highest level of professionalism. I've recommended friends and family to Southwest Spas multiple times. The products and service are excellent.
