  • For the past 7 months, my daughter has paid an additional $30.00 per month to have parking privileges at The Domain which is registered at the front desk. Due to the fact that her sticker had fallen off of her windshield and was not visible, the domain allowed her car to be towed by their contracted company, resulting in a $189.00 fee. Imagine the fear when she walked out to go to class and find her car missing. After discussing this situation with a very unprofessional manager by the name of Alexis, I decided this complex is over rated and under managed. I will be glad when she moves out of this disappointing managed student complex. Do all of yourselves a favor, and find another complex for your child to live in. It is dirty, poorly managed and overpriced and they allow this to happen after parents/students pay for the privilege to park their car there. There are plenty of NEW complexes being built that would be worth paying more to live in.
