I've been here several times for oil changes using their Groupon. In the past id been pretty content with their service. However, this time the guy at the desk seemed annoyed and tried to tell me that there was an additional $10 fee because of the oil my car needs? I have a corolla. And the oil for it is 5w30 (which is in the groupon) which he tried to tell me was not the appropriate oil. Then I googled it to check and sure enough it said my car took 5w30. He said he made a mistake but that my car did need the synthetic blend which would be the extra charge. But it states that the groupon is good for blends as well.... I walked away not happy with them trying to get more money out of me. Also, for someone who does this as their job I would expect them to be knowledgeable about what kind of oil to use. Kind of alarming. He came in later and said he would "let it slide" this time but to be aware for next time. Well let me tell you, there won't be a next time. I don't appreciate someone trying to upsell me and lying about it. Especially with an annoyed demeanor. They need to work on their customer service. I won't be returning. ....UPDATE.... they asked for my information to contact me regarding this issue and never called. Just trying to look like they are doing something to help their dissatisfied customers.
