  • I had initially reserved a vehicle at the Odana Rd. - Madison Enterprise location, but I did not fully understand the rules surrounding renting using a debit card and was unable to pick up the vehicle since it was a Saturday and they were closing an hour after my reservation time. This was not at all the fault of Enterprise, but the customer service was not that great. I reserved another rental for a couple hours later at the W Beltline Hwy Enterprise location since they are open a bit later on Saturdays and I would have time to get the items together that I would need to rent the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told they were out of vehicles. I explained what happened earlier, and also since I was able to book online, they were able to get me into a vehicle in a different category. Both employees working at the time (5/13 at 1pm) were exceptionally friendly in spite of appearing to have a lot going on. When I returned the vehicle (5/22 at 5:45pm), the employee I worked with was great as well. I will definitely be returning to this Enterprise location only due to the great (and fast!) service I received even though it is slightly further out for me than the Odana Rd. location. Each employee I encountered was so nice. UPDATE: I have since returned to the Odana Enterprise location. I dealt with the same employees as the last time and received fantastic service. Maybe the last time was just a bad day because they're also great.
