  • Me experience with this dealership started off on a whim. I was in Scottsdale for a family event. I decided to stop in at the last minute on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I asked if it would be possible to test drive the new FPace. I did explain to Patrick Nelson that I was in the process of making early decisions about which car to buy. I told him that I was not ready to purchase that day. So many other times I had done the same at other dealships, and I understand that salesmen are there to sell. Usually either one of two things happen...no one can take time to test drive or the pushy, hard sell begins. Patrick was NOTHING like that. He just said, "ok let's go drive a car." Being a woman and buying a car is no small feat in this country. If I take my husband with I usually get ignored while he gets all the info, or I get talked down to. Again, not with Patrick. He paid attention to me, answered all MY questions and was very kind. He even helped me with the wire transfer ON HIS DAY OFF. I live in northwest Arizona and I'm very close to Las Vegas. I fell in love with the car and I could of easily gone to Las Vegas to purchase my car, but I didn't because of the service I received at this dealership. Delivery was a breeze too! Patrick made sure I understood how everything in my beautiful new car works and that I was comfortable before I left the dealership. I also met very nice people in the finance department and the Sales Manager, Kyle. I highly recommend this dealership. Good job to all
