  • We stayed here one night, on a Friday. The hotel was fully booked due to a concert in town. The process of booking over the phone was easy and the person was friendly. The cleanliness was overall great in the room, and the halls and lobby. Our queen size bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows that seemed almost new. The bathroom towels were on the small side and only 3 "bath" size for 2 adults didn't seem enough. Nice to have in-room coffee pot, fridge, window bench, A/C and big closet. Convenient shuttle to/from the PNC Pavilion was very handy! Overall value was excellent! Front desk staff both upon check-in and check-out were OUTSTANDING! Fast, friendly and helpful. :) Negatives: Very easy to hear doors opening/closing, ppl walking down hallway and neighbours doing the "wild thing".
