  • I went in for a chin wax and after waxing over everything twice, no hair was removed because they used the wrong type of wax! She then proceeded to attempt to tweeze each hair, which was extremely painful. It is now 2 days later, and my face is still sore to the touch. I'm disappointed I even had to pay for that lack of service. I will NOT be returning.
