  • Overall good complex. I recommend only working with Samantha (the property manager) or the male leasing consultant. They seem to be customer service oriented, helpful, and friendly. There's one in particular that isn't helpful or friendly. You'll know her right away. She's distant and unapproachable. One of the few bad things about the complex. Other things ~ Seems like the complex approves any and everyone for it to be a luxury complex but it's Las Vegas and people can be wild. Racist individual that lives in the front of the complex that causes many issues with several residents they need to address. Also, the apartments are being thrown up fast so the quality of materials and the work done can be better for the price they charge. Some of the work was done sloppy (lop-sided lamp fixtures, uneven door entry, missing shelves, etc). It would also be nice if they had the second pool open and available for use. Other than that, decent community. Clean, awesome location about 15 minutes from the strip and minutes from most any library, shop, high way, restaurants, store that you need, and gas. Well developed/developing area. Up to the door trash valet services which are nice, for now decent parking, nice main pool area/amenities, and gym. Just make sure you have them to add you for the treatment of insects/critters. They exist in the apartments due to new construction but they are awesome about taking care of it; you just have to request it. The complex as of June 2018 is a little over halfway full and overall an awesome community!
