  • My next step is filing with the bbb. First purchase leather couch and rocker recliner from one of this stores fast talking salespeople. Did the 0 percent interest for a couple of months and then just paid the entire amount off. From the first day of delivery I was told that the delivery "guys" worked for lazboy, that was the first lie! Never buy large items when there is a third party involved in the delivery. So from day one both ends of the leather couch was damaged. The couch was a display model, however, it had NO FLAWS in the store the day it was purchased. The rocker recliner was brand new and came delivered in a box, no damage. The couch was not! So the warranty was purchased for 5 years on parts and labor. At delivery I told the delivery guys about the problem, they said if you want us to take it back it will be weeks before you can get it back- if we leave it and I call for repalr it would be faster. Also, the delivery guys told me they were an independent delivery company from lazboy. So I called and scheduled someone to come out, lazboy sent a repairman out and he looked at it and by this time the springs on one end had poped loose. Repairman came out and said that he ordered the new ends and springs and they would be delivered and then to call back to the store to have him come back out to repair. So once the couch ends came I called and the repairman came out and one of the two ends camed damaged in the box and he had to reorder that one, I asked him why has there been no springs delivered? Also, since he was out the first time and order the springs from one end that the middle springs had sprung as well. He said he would reorder the springs for the end and the middle of the couch, and again several weeks later once the parts come to call back and we will do the entire thing OVER AGAIN!! So the new end came and I called the repair phone number that I had, they were called "comfort care" and I ask about why again the springs were not delivered? They said they only do the frame of the couch and that lazboy themselves do the springs !!! So I called the Lazboy store on west flamingo where it was purchased and the lady, said she was the manager, told me she would contact Comfort Care and ask them where are the springs and that Lazboy DOES NOT do the springs. So if your still reading, obviously, THIS COMPANY IS A HUGH RIP-OFF STAY FAR AWAY AND BUY FURNITURE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!
