  • Worst Best Western experience ever. I'm a loyal customer and determined to earn my points but I sure wish I had paid more to stay somewhere else. The photos show some of the nastiness. Also there are bedbugs as other reviews stated. I came home with 6 bites and a cut on my leg from the bed. I will never stay here again no matter the low price. Check out staff was not surprised or apologetic when I informed them of these issues. One nice thing- the lady who did breakfast is professional and too good for that place. I hope she gets a job at a nicer hotel where her care and hard work will fit with the rest of the hotel.
