  • nothing but good things to say about casino but the hotel needs to up it's game. went and checked in. got to room and blinds were broken. i call and complain and they tell me it's on the room log as a problem. i ask "why would you rent a room with a known defect?" i piss and moan for 45 minutes and get upgraded to jacuzzi suite. nice. the convention i attended recently needed more staffing attention from the hotel. check out the ash tray by the event (photo i took and added here).
