I punched in for a ride near Halloween. I guess I did something wrong as it did not go through. I attempted to get a ride a 2nd time and this time was told they were busy so I would be charged 50% more. I accepted and got my ride. However, a couple days later my card was charged SIXTY DOLLARS extra because crumbs were left in the backseat. I was told this was for damage. I was then told this was for cleaning. Beware, they have no phone number to contact the company with, only an emergency line. When I attempted to fight the charge, I received an e-mail back that same afternoon claiming they had done an extensive check and the charges would stay. Utterly ridiculous. Never had a problem with Uber!
