I have had my hair cut a few times by Daniel, Senior Stylist at the Yonge location and was hesitant to return as he was arrogant and disinterested in what I had to say.The first time I saw Daniel was great too bad he isn't consistent. I do think he is talented but has zero bedside manner and does not listen to what you actually want. He's arrogant and flippant most of the time. I even wrote down not to cut my bangs (tried an alternate means of communications since he wasn't listening to me) and as usual he does what he wants. He is in the service industry and can't seem to LISTEN! I was lucky he even kept this appointment, he didn't show up for the last one. My haircut was fixed by another salon and I have to wear a baseball hat for a few weeks. I requested a partial refund. For $110 you should have better customer service skills.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the salon and was offered a free haircut by another senior stylist as it is not their policy to provide refunds. I declined.
